What I know for sure: everyone is capable of change.  Sometimes it comes easy, more often it comes with work.  But the work can be made easier with a co-pilot who will believe in you, treat you with kindness, and be ready to laugh with you.

It is both difficult and brave to trust another person with your story.   So many different reasons to seek mental health counseling. Sadness that won’t quit, too many secrets or fears, trouble making a transition in life.  Whatever your reason, accepting a partner to get back on your path – or find a new path – can give you the tools and perspectives to move forward.

Counseling is a non-judgmental way to work through issues and feel better in a way that help from friends/family cannot provide. Stop feeling stuck and begin to live life fully now.

A professional co-pilot to handle the navigation with you.  If you are seeking counseling now, I know that you have the personal strength and the strong desire to take your life and well-being seriously.

I deliberately choose to earn a Master’s degree in social work. Social workers are trained in a systematic and comprehensive approach, knowing there’s more to a problem than “fixing” the individual. Everything that impacts you: people, places, things outside of you, can cause detours in your life, make you feel stuck or trapped.

Call Sayre Counseling Services and let’s begin!

About

Some of my favorite things: an open window with sunlight coming to join me, flowers in bloom, and a waiting cup of coffee!

An intro to Becky: daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend. Animal lover sharing a space with a small “panther” who has big ideas and a ball-of-fluff cat recovering from PTSD. Love reading, making desserts from scratch, movies, musical theatre and gardening. After talking my husband into ballroom dance lessons a few years ago, we are still on the dance floor Fox Trotting and Cha-Cha-Cha-ing.
